Division and Sub Division through your Contacts

From the “Contact “page you can set the default division and sub division. For Customer and Supplier you can select the default Division and Sub Division from the’ Contact ‘ page and that default settings will appear while recording the transactions. 


Select your default Sub Division from the Contact Browse as shown below:


For e.g. here for ‘Customer A’ the Division and Sub Division is set to Default Office as IE- Ireland and SUB DIV as Department Sales   respectively. While Invoicing for customer A, the default Division will appear as Off IE set in the Contact Browse in the transaction line. Similarly Department will also feature as DEPT –SL set in the Contact Page.
