Allocate Credit Notes with one or more Invoices partially or fully, to adjust the customer outstanding account balance.
To allocate a credit note, go to Accounts » Sales Invoices/Credit Notes. Select the appropriate credit note press allocate button from the toolbar. The allocate page lists all invoices raised and not yet fully allocated against the selected customer’s credit note. Select the invoices you want to allocate, by clicking on the check boxes beside them.
AUTO: Select Auto button to automatically allocate invoices starting from the entries appearing the first row.
REVERSE: Select Reverse button to cancel the selection of records for allocation.
