For service-based businesses, you may now record the time and expenses spent on customers and then invoice accordingly.  This enables you to better manage the productivity of collaborative teamwork and track the profitability associated with each customer. 

Reports for Time and Expenses

Surf Accounts have introduced a dynamic feature to achieve the reports related to the “Time& Expenses” of a business. The new reporting options related to Time and Expenses have been categorised in 8 following categories.

Time / Expense Listing Report

Customer Time / Expense Summary

Aged Time / Expense Report

Invoice Backing Report

Invoice Time Details Report

Time Manager Report

Time Statement Report

Missing Time Report

To access the Reports through Surfaccounts for Time and Expenses select Reports» Time and Expenses; the following screen will appear.
