Time Manager Report

 

Overview

For service-based businesses, you may now record the time and expenses spent on customers and then invoice accordingly.  This enables you to better manage the productivity of collaborative team work and track the profitability associated with each customer. 

Time Manager Report

To generate the ‘Time Manager Report’ select the Reports Tab, select Time and Expenses » Time Manager Report the following screen will appear.

Period 

In the report the ‘Period’ will show the weekly time period for which the report is being generated.

Hours Required

The total hours required will be displayed under this column.

Hours Entered

The total hours entered will be displayed under this column.

Chargeable Amount

The total chargeable will be displayed under the chargeable.

Non –Chargeable Amount

The total amount which will not be charged will be displayed under this column.

Chargeable Hours

The total chargeable hours will be displayed under this column.

Non-Chargeable Hours

The non-chargeable hours will be displayed under this column.

Name

The name of the staff will appear under this column.

Day & Dates

The day and the dates of the period will appear under this column.

Total

The total hours entered will appear under this column.

Under

The difference between the total hours required and the total hours entered will appear in the ‘Under’ column. For e.g. the total hours required is 100 and the hours entered 90 then the difference 10 will appear under column (Total Hours Required- Total Hours Entered) = Under.

Extra

If the ‘Total Hours Entered’ is greater than the ‘Total Hours Required’ then the difference will appear under the ‘Extra’ column. For e.g. the ‘Total Hours Entered’ in a particular week is 10 Hours and ‘The Hours Required’ is 15 hours  5 hours will be displayed as extra under the same column.

Chargeable

The total chargeable amount will be displayed under this column.

Non-Chargeable

The total non-chargeable amount will be displayed under this column.

Customisation and Sort option for Time Manager Report 

To customise the ‘Time Manager Report’ select the ‘Advanced’ option. By selecting the ‘Advanced’ option the ‘Advanced Settings’ will appear. You can include or exclude the columns like Non-Chargeable, Chargeable, Extra, Over Under, Name, all the days of a week by using the column chooser.

To generate the report user wise, select the user from the drop down.

                                              Use the column chooser as shown above to include and exclude in the report.
