Missing Time Report

Overview 

For service-based businesses, you may now record the time and expenses spent on customers and then invoice accordingly.  This enables you to better manage the productivity of collaborative teamwork and track the profitability associated with each customer.

Missing Time Report

Missing Time Report will generate the details of the hours entered is less than the Expected hours' staff wise. For example, the expected hour entered for a staff is 7.5 per day and the actual hours is 5.5 per day. So the difference of 2 hours here would be calculated as ‘Missing Hours’. In user rate pop up there are two optional fields as ‘Joining Date’ and ‘Leaving date’ for a staff. In the case of a staff leaves before the ‘Leaving Date’ (i.e. l if the leaving date is entered at all) that hours will be calculated in Missing Hours.

To generate the Missing Time Report select Reports˃ Time and Expenses˃ Missing Time Report the following screen will appear.

Date Range

To generate the report for a particular time period specify the ‘Start Date’ and ‘End Date’ by using the calendar.

User Range

To generate the report by user ranges select the name of the staff from the ‘User Range’ drop down.

Date

The ‘Date’ will display the ‘Missing Hours’ Day.

User

The name of the will appear under the ‘User’ column.

Expected Hours

The hours entered against a particular staff on a particular date will appear under ‘Expected Hours’.

Actual Hours

The actual hours the staff has worked will appear under the ‘Actual Hours’ column.

Missing Hours

The difference between the ‘Expected Hours’ and ‘Actual Hours’ will appear under the ‘Missing Hours’ column.

Customisation and Sort option for Missing Time Report 

To customise the ‘Missing Time Report’ select the Advanced option. By selecting the ‘Advanced’ option the ‘Advanced Settings’ will appear. You can include or exclude the Date, User, Missing Hours Expected Hours and Actual Hours by using the column chooser.

To sort the report, use the ‘Sorting’ option.
