Aged Time / Expense Report


For service-based businesses, you may now record the time and expenses spent on customers and then invoice accordingly.  This enables you to better manage the productivity of collaborative team work and track the profitability associated with each customer. 

Aged Time / Expense Report

Aged Time & Expense Report will generate a report customer wise consider the outstanding time period. Aged Time & Expense report can be generated Time wise, Expense wise or by both. By selecting the “Type” as both it will give the Aged Time/ Expense Report.

To generate the Aged Time and Expense Report select Reports » Time and Expenses » Aged Time / Expense Report the following screen will appear.

Customer name will be displayed under the customer column. You can select the customer name by using the customer look up. Aged report can be generated as “Staff” wise by using the drop down account manager.


Customer code will be displayed beside the customer column.


The current outstanding amount is displayed under the outstanding column.

Periodical Outstanding

The Periodical Outstanding displays in the aged customer balance for Time& Expense Report. The total outstanding amount will appear under the outstanding column. From the Advanced option user can categorized the outstanding period as monthly, by monthly, quarterly, half yearly and more.

Account Manager

If you wish to generate the report by staffs by selecting the account manager’s name. The name of the staff will appear under the Account Manager column.


The customer unique code will be displayed in the code column.

Break down by Projects

If ‘Break down by Projects’ is selected then the projects details will be displayed under the ‘Aged Time & Expense Report’.


Select the Type of the transaction. By selecting the ‘Type’ of the transaction you can generate the report separately for Time and Expenses.

Customisation of Aged Time/ Expense Report

To customise the report select the ‘Advance’ button from the reporting browse. By selecting the ‘Advanced’ option the ‘Advanced Settings’ pop up will appear on the screen. To include or exclude columns in reports use the column chooser. You can include or exclude the columns like Customer name, Customer Code, Project, Project Code, Account Manager, Current, Outstanding and periodic outstanding (monthly , by monthly, quarterly , half yearly etc). 

To sort the report from the Advance Settings use the ‘Sorting’ dropdown. The report can be sorted by customer code, customer name, Account Manger and balance amount.

To generate the report project wise select ‘Break down by projects.
