Stock Levels Report
Stock level report will show To generate the stock levels report select Reports» Stock » Stock Levels Report the following screen will appear.
Sort the Report
The stock levels report can be sorted by products and by stock levels.
Products |
Select the products by using the product look up to sort the report product wise. By keeping the product column blank, the report will be generated for all the products entered into Surf Accounts. |
Stock Levels |
Select the stock level by using the drop down. The report can be sorted by below minimum levels or by below reorder levels. |
Cutomisation of Stock Levels Report
To customise the Stock Levels Report select the Advance option. By selecting the Advance option a new pop up will be generated to include and exclude columns in the report. This includes the following columns. |
Code |
The product code is displayed here. |
Description |
The product description is displayed under the description column. |
Category |
The product category is displayed in this column. |
In Stock |
The quantity of product in stock is displayed under the in stock column. |
On Order |
The product quantity on order is displayed under this column. |
Ordered |
The product quantity already ordered is displayed under this column. |
Stock Ledger Cards Report |
Stock ledger cards report will show the movement of stocks for the business. To generate the Stock Ledger Cards Report select Reports» Stock » Stock Ledger Cards Report the following screen will appear. |
Sort the Stock Ledger Card Report
The stock levels report can be sorted by Period Range and by the ‘Product Codes’.
Period Range |
Select the period you want to generate the report from the drop down. By selecting the drop down select the period range. By leaving this column as blank all the transactions will appear in the stock ledger card report. |
Product Codes |
Select the product to generate the report product wise. Select the product by using the product look up. |

Code |
The product code is displayed under this column. |
Date |
The transaction date is displayed under this column. |
Doc. No. |
The transaction type is displayed under this column. For e.g. it could be ordered in (ORD 1) , ordered out (OOUT2) , stock adjustment (SADJ) etc. |
Type |
The detail transaction type is displayed under this column. For e.g. it could be sales orders, orders out, purchase order, stock adjustment- stock in etc. |
Notes |
The note is displayed in this column if any. |
Order In |
The purchase order product quantity is displayed under order in column. |
Stock In |
The quantity of product in stock is displayed under stock in column. |
Order Out |
The sales order product quantity is displayed under order out column. |
Stock Out |
The quantity of product out of stock is displayed in the stock out column. |
Stock In Hand |
The stock in hand after the order out is displayed in this column. |
Stock Transaction Listing Report
To generate the stock transaction listing report select Reports» Stock » Stock Transaction Listing Report the following screen will appear.
Sort the Stock Transaction Listing Report
The Stock Transaction Listing Report can be sorted by 'Date Range' and by the ‘Product Codes’.
Date Range |
Select the date range for which you wish to generate the report. By selecting the drop down select the date range. By leaving this column as blank all the transactions will appear in the stock transaction listing report. |
Product Codes |
Select the product to generate the report product wise. Select the product by using the product look up. |

Toolbar functionality of the Reporting Browse (Print, Excel, Save, Email)
To Print, Save, Email and download the reports select the options from the toolbar of the reporting browse. The reports can be saved as PDF file to the local machine. You can also download the report as *xls file by selecting MS-Excel option. |

To print the reports select the print icon from the toolbar. A preview will be generated along with the ‘Print’ icon to print |
MS Excel |
To download the reports in MS Excel format select the ‘Excel’ icon from the toolbar. The reports will be downloaded in the local machine in MS Excel format. |
Save |
To save the reports locally select the ‘Save’ option. The reports will be downloaded as a PDF File. |

To email the reports select the email option. A pop up will be generated to email the reports. The recipient will receive the report as a PDF file |

To: Enter the email address of the recipient. |
|
CC/BCC: Enter the email address if you wish to send a copy of the report. |

Subject: Enter the subject line of the mail dialogue box. |
