Overview

For service-based businesses, you may now record the time and expenses spent on customers and then invoice accordingly.  This enables you to better manage the productivity of collaborative team work and track the profitability associated with each customer.

User Access

For new business sign up:

While setting up your new business you can enable the ‘Time Recording’ option as show below. Select the check box to enable ‘Time Recording’. Number of ‘Time User’ is subjected to the business plan.

Please note, for “Plan C” businesses Surf Accounts will allow more number of users and it will allow up to 20 users.

                                                      Number of ‘’Time Users” is up to 20 for “Plan C “business users.

                                                         Select ‘Users’ to implement Access Right for the users.

For existing business if you wish to introduce the ‘Time & Expenses’ feature for your business provide access right from the ‘Settings’ option. Select Settings» General Setup » Users, the following screen will appear.

                                                Select the relevant check boxes as per your business requirement.

Please note, to view the Financial Details on browse the “View Financial details on browse” check box should be checked under “Contacts”.
